The Lotus and Willow Garden is located on the north side of the reservoir dam and covers an area of about 12 hectares, making it a wonderful place to rest, swim in the lake and enjoy the scenery.

　　The Lotus and Willow Garden carries out the elements of "lotus" and "willow" throughout, taking traditional Chinese poetry and culture as the source of creativity, and praising the aesthetics of lotus and willow as the base, it has planned 10 attractions, such as the Spring Breeze Shore, Spring Smoke Shore, Jasper Corridor, Smoke and Willow Corridor, Treading Song Stacks, and Ailian Square, Jade Wheel Bridge, Curling Observation Deck, Green Observation Deck, and New Willow Dock etc., reflecting the blending of nature and humanities, and giving visitors a comfortable experience of enjoying the lake and the scenery as if they were in a painting. Landscape vignettes are abstractly artistic with birds and small animals as prototypes, showing the ecological and cultural heritage of "birds and flowers, lotus and willow" in details.
